Ultimately, we cannot change what we haven’t acknowledged.
There is a clear distinction between the conscious and the subconscious.
By getting in touch with the subconscious mind, we learn to explain and understand behavior.
Many experiences are stored in our subconscious, for various reasons.
When trauma (in the broadest sense of the word) occurs, our survival mechanism comes into force to make the pain as bearable as possible.
However, pain isn’t automatically processed or healed, which means issues can lie dormant for a long time and be triggered later by any event. Thus, whatever is wounded first needs to be healed.
Emotions shouldn’t be controlled, but managed!
There is no distinction between good and bad.
The most beautiful thing you can become is yourself.
