These are major questions related to development that we all ask ourselves sometimes.
All experiences and events we encounter have an effect on the way we live. Some experiences are etched in our memory, others are housed in our subconscious.
In psychodynamic therapy, you will gain insight into the impact of these events and how you dealt with them, thus creating awareness and acknowledgement.
Everyone has a dreamer, a critic, and a realist inside of him. If one is stronger than the other, this can lead to putting off certain decisions or a lack of personal growth.
Together with Ordinary People you will work on discovering what it is you really want. That way the balance between the dreamer, the critic and the realist can be restored.
Every change starts with a first step.
