Reflect – Realize - Result
Communication is important for businesses, shops and organizations.
Only 7% of communication is through words, the rest comes from vocal cues and body language.
If we are not aware of the remaining 93%, we run the risk of misunderstanding each other.
What do we mean?
Are we understanding each other?
What do we want to achieve?
Parents and children are one example of a system, but so are employees in an organization.
Each system has its own dynamics and is based on four basic principles:
1. Planning
2. A balance between giving and receiving
3. Belonging
4. Acknowledgement of what is going on
Becoming aware of everyone’s role in the system and optimizing input is at the heart of Ordinary People.
